What we provide

boardinggate.io publishes travel-preparation guides, checklists, and interactive tools (calculators, checkers, planners) for general informational purposes. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for the limits on how this information should be used.

Use of tools

Our tools — including the Schengen Calculator, Visa Checker, EU261 Calculator, Packing List Generator, and others — run in your browser. They are designed for personal, non-commercial use. The outputs are estimates and general guidance, not legal, immigration, or financial advice. Do not rely on tool results as a substitute for checking with the relevant embassy, airline, or insurer.

No account required

You do not need to create an account to use this site. We do not collect usernames or passwords from visitors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content or tool data for any automated or commercial purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with site security, server infrastructure, or other users’ access.
• Republish our content as your own or remove attribution.

You may share links freely and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution to boardinggate.io.

Intellectual property

All text, design, code, and tool logic on boardinggate.io is owned by boardinggate.io unless otherwise stated. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use requires written permission. This does not restrict your right to link to our pages or reference factual information (visa rules, airline policies) that originates from public official sources.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boardinggate.io and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on this site, including but not limited to:

• Missed flights, denied boarding, or refused entry at a border.
• Visa refusals or overstay penalties.
• Incorrect packing, insurance gaps, or financial losses.
